Ayurveda Yoga Nidra-Your Personal Journey...
Your unique pulse assessment will be the theme for this personal meditational journey that will immerse you into a state of inner calm. The session is a creative visual exploration that journeys through the different states of mind/body relaxation to remove any blockages, or stuck energies to cleanse and heal. It is done in a reclined position using bolsters, blocks and blankets and a gentle walk into the stillness within. Allow yourself to surrender into gravity and re-connect back to your natural state of being through this journey. The intention is to guide you back to that heart space where you feel safe, secure and peaceful-your home.
Private Ayurveda Consultation...
A consultation session will involve:
1. Talking about yourself and answering questions 2. A Dosha evaluation with a visual assessment 3. A pulse and tongue assessment 4. Addressing health concerns and issues
The session will be followed up with realistic recommendations that target the root cause of the imbalances and may include nutrition, yoga, meditation, aroma, herbs, and self Marma treatments. Follow up consultations will be recommended for those that are ready to go deeper into making significant shifts within their life.

Candlelight Yoga - Wednesdays from 8:00-9:15 PM This class is based on Hatha yoga, offering pranayama (breathing exercises), asana, restorative and Yoga Nidra. The room is set with low lighting, soft music and candles to encourage a deep mind, body, and soul practice. Naam Yoga, located on the Upper West Side, provides bolsters, blankets, blocks, and mats. Hatha Yoga - Thursdays from 5:30-6:30 PM The class is populated with friendly regular yogis of all levels, which is held at the Vanderbilt YMCA. The class space is located on the third floor. With large windows and flooding natural light into the room, it is a delightful yoga experience. The full one hour class includes breathing techniques with a dynamic practice, incorporating stretching and Yoga Nidra while in savasana (corpse pose). Yoga mats, blocks, straps, and blankets are provided. Membership rates include use of the gym facilities and various classes with experienced instructors.
